We are a specialist land promotion, town planning, and development business with a proven track record and deep understanding of the UK residential, rural and commercial real estate markets.
Our principal objective is to provide land owners with an experienced, independent partner with whom to promote land or property with development potential. We provide a highly beneficial alternative to the traditional 'option' type arrangements favoured by house builders, but that all too often operate to the detriment of the land owner himself.
Our clients include numerous private land and property owners, large and small, investors and occupiers on who's behalf we use our extensive expertise and contacts to promote land for development, or for whom we formulate and implement strategies to maximize the potential of their property assets. This may involve creating value through the town planning process, development of the property or site in question, or through other forms of active asset management.
From our offices in London and Gloucestershire, our activities are focussed throughout Southern England (including London) and the Home Counties, with the size and type of project varying greatly.
Land promotion projects are typically for developments of between 20 and 200 dwellings, with most involving land areas of between 5 and 50 acres. However, no site is too small and every opportunity will be considered on its merits.
Developments vary from single dwellings to more substantial housing, mixed use or commercial schemes. We also specialise in refurbishment projects, and rural development, including barn conversions and changes of use of other redundant agricultural buildings.
A key element of our approach is to minimise the risk to the landowner and maximise their return.
Whatever the project, our approach is highly personal, and in all cases we endeavour to gain a thorough appreciation of the goals and priorities of our partners and seek to create close and lasting relationships built on mutual trust and achievement.
Redundant Agricultural Buildings - Important changes to Permitted Development Rules: Additional new 'permitted development' regulations introduced in April 2014 provide a golden opportunity for many farmers to convert redundant agricultural buildings to residential use, but as ever, the devil is in the detail, and a properly executed strategy is essential to maximise the chance of success. Please contact us if you have any buildings that you consider might be suitable for development.
