Our principal objective is to provide land owners with an experienced, independent partner with whom to promote land or property with development potential. We provide a highly beneficial alternative to the traditional 'option' type arrangements favoured by house builders, but that all too often operate to the detriment of the land owner himself.
Our partners include private land and property owners, investors and occupiers on who's behalf we use our extensive contacts and expertise to promote land for development, or formulate and implement strategies to maximize the potential of their real estate assets, whether by creating value through the town planning process, development of the property or site in question, or through other forms of active asset management.
From our offices in London and Gloucestershire, we cover the entire UK with a particular focus on Southern England (including London) and the Home Counties, with the size and type of project varying greatly from small residential developments of only a few units, to substantial housing and mixed use schemes encompassing new homes, retail and leisure, and indeed new settlements. The majority of our projects involve promotions of between around 20 and 200 dwellings.

Southend planning success: Detailed planning consent has been obtained for the development of 9 contemporary flats on London Road, Leigh-on-Sea. The site has since been sold to a local house builder.
